Setting up a business in an already crowded letting and property management sector is not easy. Railton Meeks brief from the outset was to create an identity that gave them a look of being an experienced and established business.

Over 7 different design concepts were presented, with the chosen brand identity being applied across brand stationery, marketing and website design. As part of the brand style a portfolio of photography was commissioned with shots taken in various locations in and around central and south Manchester to match the aspirations of Railton Meeks affluent target audience.
